NJ Business Directory helps people find local New Jersey businesses, and we want you to know where our listing information comes from. Every listing is checked against the business’s own website before it goes live.
Where our listings come from
- Business owners: the details owners submit to us, along with their own websites.
- Our own research: NJBD’s own work to find local businesses and confirm their details.
- Foursquare Open Source Places: Contains data from Foursquare Open Source Places (Apache 2.0).
- Overture Maps Foundation: places data from Overture Maps Foundation, used under the CDLA Permissive 2.0 license.
- OpenStreetMap: we use OpenStreetMap to cross-check listing details. © OpenStreetMap contributors.
